“baobae”, “we”, “us” refers to the operator of baobae. Contact: getbaobae@gmail.com.

baobae is currently operated as an unincorporated project. If you need a postal address for formal correspondence, email us and we’ll provide one.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use baobae.

baobae offers relationship reflection and guidance tools, including onboarding insights, chat-based support, and optional real-time voice conversations.

baobae is not a medical device and does not provide professional therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or crisis services.

If you are in danger or think you may be in a crisis, contact local emergency services immediately.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must not share your account or use someone else’s account without permission.

You agree not to:

• Use baobae for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent security or rate limits.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy rights of others.
• Use baobae to provide professional advice to others as if it were licensed guidance.

You retain ownership of the content you provide (e.g., messages). You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate baobae, keep it safe, and improve the service.

baobae uses AI systems to generate responses. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you use or rely on outputs.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of baobae at any time. We try to keep baobae available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Some features may become paid in the future. If we introduce pricing, we will clearly communicate the terms before you purchase.

baobae is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baobae and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law (including certain consumer protections in the EU).

You can stop using baobae at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed for safety/security.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you benefit from mandatory protections of the laws of your country of residence. Otherwise, applicable law and venue will be specified by the operator’s legal entity.
